Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller – Recovery to handle customer calls and follow up on outstanding payments.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle customers politely while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers and remind them about payment due dates.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related information.
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements within company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer calls, commitments, and payment status.
• Follow up on promised payments and ensure timely collection.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
• Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the supervisor/concerned department.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and recovery performance.
