Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and construction needs.
  • Explain House Construct services, packages, pricing, and process.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule site visits and customer meetings.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, QS, and Project teams.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
