Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to candidates/customers from provided databases.
- Explain job opportunities, company services, salary, benefits, and requirements clearly.
- Understand candidate/customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates/leads.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the calling database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle basic queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/sales team for further processing.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
- Requirements Good communication skills in English,Hindi and regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and calling applications.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/recruitment experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to work consistently.
