Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Retail Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their requirements.

Provide information and recommend suitable Packages

Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Monitor product movement and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Sales target achievement.

Customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills.

Customer service and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum qualification: Graduate.

0–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.

Working Conditions

Full-time and 6 days of working.

Work Timings: 10am to 7pm and 12pm to 9pm.

Week off: Rotational week
