Job DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers/users, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, chat, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products, services, offers, and procedures clearly to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries or requests.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Respond to customer questions in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist users with basic technical or application-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding their requests.
- Complete assigned daily tasks and follow company procedures.
