Senior Procurement Manager

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior design and execution projects.

Source and procure interior materials, furniture, hardware, electrical, plumbing, lighting, plywood, laminates, fittings, and other project requirements.

Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with Design, Execution, Project, Accounts, and Sales teams to understand material requirements and timelines.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.

Monitor pending orders, deliveries, material shortages, and vendor commitments.

Ensure the quality and specifications of procured materials meet project requirements.

Handle vendor-related issues, delays, replacements, quality concerns, and escalations.

Develop and maintain a strong and reliable vendor network.

Monitor market prices and identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain procurement MIS, vendor records, purchase reports, and project-wise procurement data.

Track procurement budgets and implement effective cost-control measures.

Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and approval procedures.

Lead and manage the procurement team and ensure smooth and timely execution of procurement activities.
