Job Role: Wholesale Sales & Lead Conversion ExecutiveRole Overview

The candidate will be responsible for developing wholesale business through outbound calling, lead generation, customer acquisition, follow-ups and deal closures. The role involves connecting with retailers, resellers, boutiques and distributors across different markets to generate and convert wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential wholesale buyers, retailers, resellers and distributors.
• Generate new business leads through outbound calls and online research.
• Expand the company's wholesale customer network across different markets.

2. Wholesale Sales & Deal Closing

• Introduce Padmasri Garments and present product catalogues, collections and pricing.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bulk orders.
• Handle negotiations, customer objections and close sales deals.
• Build long-term relationships with wholesale buyers and drive repeat orders.

3. Follow-ups & Customer Management

• Follow up with potential buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer databases and track enquiries and order status.
• Reconnect with inactive buyers and generate repeat business.

4. Sales Targets & Reporting

• Achieve monthly wholesale sales targets.
• Track calls, leads, follow-ups and successful conversions.
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
• Focus on improving conversion rates and overall wholesale revenue.
