About the Role: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ property requirements, recommending suitable projects, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Contact and follow up with potential customers 

• Understand customers’ budgets and property requirements 

• Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties 

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans 

• Schedule and conduct property site visits 

• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers 

• Negotiate effectively and close sales 

• Update lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM 

• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth transactions 

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets 

• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches 

Requirements: 

• 1–3 years of sales experience; real estate experience is preferred 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities 

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach 

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office 

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits 

• A two-wheeler is a must. 

• Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage
