Job Description
Retail Sales Executive-Bengaluru
Salary: ₹15,000-20,000/month
Timings: 10 am to 9 pm (till store closure)
Location: Indiranagar & New Thippassandra, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-time
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our store in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of retail sales experience and is comfortable working in a customer-facing store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend products
- Drive in-store sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic cash handling
- Maintain store displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory checks and coordinate restocking with the operations team
- Handle customer queries and complaints at the store
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of retail/store sales experience
- Good communication skills in English and/or Kannada/Hindi
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge
- Willing to work store hours, including weekends
- Local candidates from Bengaluru area preferred
