Job Description
Job SummarySupports the sales team by managing order processing, client communications, CRM records, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Order Management: Process sales orders, verify stock/pricing, issue quotes, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Client Support: Respond to inquiries, track delivery status, and resolve customer complaints.
- Administrative & CRM Support: Update CRM data, organize sales meetings, and schedule team calendars.
- Reporting & Finance Liaison: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
