Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales target achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market visits: Regularly visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to promote products.
- Customer relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Product promotion: Execute promotional activities and ensure product visibility.
- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to drive growth.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / GT / Retail sales (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
