Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales in the Hoskote and Bengaluru region. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate and convert leads through various channels.
• Handle site visits, client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and conversion rates.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales closure.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Requirements3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
• Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets.
• Prior experience leading a sales team is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru/Hoskote real estate market will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and sales activities effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
• Candidates with a strong network of real estate brokers/channel partners will be preferred.
