Job Description
Packing Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Remove and verify product labels before packing, where required.
- Prepare and maintain packing lists using Microsoft Excel.
- Pack products into boxes according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Perform spin trimming of components to ensure proper finishing.
- Handle cryogenic post-curing processes as per quality and safety procedures.
- Inspect finished products for quality before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate packing and inventory records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards.
