Job Description
BHIMSI Foundation is looking for experienced female NGO Fundraisers to work from home. Candidates must have previous experience in NGO fundraising, donor engagement, telecalling, sales, or fundraising-related work.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential donors through phone calls and online communication.
- Explain BHIMSI Foundation's social projects and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential donors.
- Follow up with interested donors.
- Conduct fundraising and donor-engagement activities.
- Maintain daily call and fundraising reports.
- Achieve assigned fundraising targets.
- Attend online meetings and training sessions.
- Coordinate with the fundraising team.
- Mandatory RequirementsFemale candidates only
- Previous fundraising/NGO experience is mandatory
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Good and reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and using WhatsApp
- Comfortable attending Google Meet/Zoom meetings
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- One Local/Regional Language – Mandatory
- Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and their local/regional language.
