Shift: Rotational Day Shift (Any 9 hours between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Job SummaryWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Key Account Manager (KAM) to support Myntra's seller and partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong relationship management abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

• Eligibility CriteriaAny Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience, OR
• MBA Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Versant Level 4 proficiency is mandatory.
• Willingness to work from the office in rotational day shifts.
• Roles & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned sellers and business partners.
• Provide timely support and resolve partner queries efficiently.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and account management for sellers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Track account performance and ensure service quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.
• Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the business.
• CompensationMBA FreshersCTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
• Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates (1+ Year)CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
• Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
• Apprentice (Freshers)Monthly Stipend: ₹22,500
