Job Description – Junior Assistant (Depot Handling)

Position: Junior Assistant – Depot Handling

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com / B.Com Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Green Garden Phase-2, Banjara Layout, Kalkere 560043

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day depot operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain stock receipt, dispatch, loading and unloading records.
• Update daily stock and operational reports in Excel.
• Maintain billing, invoices, vouchers and other depot-related documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers and depot staff.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of stock.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with the branch office regarding stock and dispatch requirements.
• Check and maintain proper documentation for all depot activities.
• Report stock differences, damages or other operational issues to the Depot In-charge.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Branch/Depot Manager.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work responsibly and meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

B.Com graduate, with 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with good Excel and accounting knowledge can also apply.
