Job Description


We are hiring Freshers for the position of Trainee – EGC with Exemplar Luxury Group (ELG).

  • Job Details:Role: Trainee – EGC
  • Experience: Freshers can apply
  • Process: Inbound Customer Service / US Voice Process
  • Work Mode: Onsite / Work from Office
  • Customer Base: US Customers
  • CTC: ₹3.55 LPA
  • Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (9-hour shift)
  • Cab Facility: Pickup & Drop available
  • Requirement: Good English communication skills and willingness to learn

The role involves handling inbound calls related to Gift Card/Card queries, investigating customer issues, and providing appropriate resolutions as per SOP guidelines.
