Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily attendance through HRMS/biometric systems
* Track absenteeism, shifts, overtime, and leave records
* Resolve attendance discrepancies with employees and managers
* Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll
* Handle labour issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
* Manage contract workforce and vendor coordination
* Ensure proper workforce deployment and site discipline
* Maintain labour records and ensure policy compliance
Key Skills:
* Attendance management & labour handling
* Basic knowledge of labour laws
* Good coordination and Excel skills
