HR Manager

Job Profile:

We are currently hiring a HR Manager to join our Human Resources team and support the team on HR Operations.

Job Responsibilities

·        End to end Recruitment from Sourcing , Selection, Negotiations, Documentation, Onboarding,

·        Training activities like Induction & Orientation of New Joiner and other training activities.

·        HR operations – day to day HR work handling like Employer-Employee Relations, general queries and grievance handling , Day to day Coordination, Tracking, Reporting & Analysis, Documentation and Data Management in Excel sheets.

·        Coordination with Mumbai branches For transfers, For leave absenteeism, For LM, For corrective action OR Counselling

·        Checking for New joiners – week off, timings and feedback from managers.

·        Absenteeism report updating and follow-up with branches

·        Day to day admin work related to employee verification, new employee data updating, leave management as per approval and leave applied etc.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
• Minimum qualification – Graduation or above
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• At-least 5 - 6 years of Experience in HR OPERATIONS OR EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
• People oriented and results driven.
