HR Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while gaining exposure to real-time hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in job posting across various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain and update candidate databases and MIS reports
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining status
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
• Assist in bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements

Recruitment interns typically help with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling as part of HR support functions

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR, Business Administration preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
