Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers, clients, dealers, or assigned locations regularly.
- Promote and explain company products or services.
- Generate leads and support sales activities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collect required documents, payments, feedback, or field information.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Prepare daily visit and activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, or field-activity targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
