Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns and optimize them to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Develop marketing content, creatives, campaigns, and promotional materials in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Track and report key marketing metrics, including leads, CPL, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
- Required Skills & Qualifications1–5 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, SMM, and Content Strategy.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
