Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments through outbound calls.
• Understand customer situations and negotiate practical repayment solutions.
• Educate customers about payment methods, due dates, and settlement options.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
• Resolve disputes and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Achieve monthly collection and quality targets.
• Ensure complete adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and data confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Build positive customer relationships through empathetic communication.
• Perform timely follow-ups until payment commitments are fulfilled.
