Job Description

Job Purpose Service Coordinator Executive will be responsible for managing customer and dealer complaints from complaint registration to final resolution and closure. The candidate will verify order and product details, identify the nature of the complaint, coordinate with internal departments and technicians, arrange rectification/replacement wherever required, follow up with customers/dealers, and ensure timely closure.

. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills

· Good problem-solving ability

· Basic technical understanding

· Ability to coordinate with technicians

· Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

· ERP/CRM/service-management software experience preferred

· Strong documentation and reporting skills

· Ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Proactive and responsible approach
