Domain-Water management -RO/STP/ETP/DM/WTP
Addressing Inbound and outbound call regarding the new sales &services
lead assigning to Field Technician for new installation and services
educating customer about Product knowledge& services
maintaining existing and new client/customer in professional manner
maintaining proper data in CRM base
coordinating with Accounts department for quotation and forwarding to the client
follow up with client for quotation approval, suggestion,changes etc.
after work completion taking survey feedback
