JOB DESCRIPTION – COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Position: Collection Executive – Voice Process

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 6 months – 2 years in BPO / Telecalling / Collection

Work Location: Work from Office

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job SummaryWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional communication.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls regarding pending payments.
• Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Negotiate payment commitments as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO, collections, telecalling, or recovery.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from office in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Preferred SkillsKannada, Tamil, and Telugu communication skills preferred.
• Prior experience in collection/recovery processes will be an advantage.
• DRA certification preferred/mandatory as per process requirement.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
