Job Title: Client Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients while ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience.
- Key Responsibilities Contact and interact with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about the company's services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly client engagement targets.
- Prepare basic reports on lead status and client feedback.
- Required Skills Good communication skills in English and at least 2 regional language.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Eligibility Any Bachelor's Degree (2nd PUC pass).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service, sales, tele calling, or client handling is an added advantage.
