Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing & Operations Associate who will be responsible for handling customer interactions, billing, order processing, and ensuring every order is completed accurately from start to finish. The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates confidently, and believes in getting things right the first time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming customer calls professionally.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them appropriately.
• Generate accurate quotations, invoices, and bills.
• Process customer orders with complete attention to detail.
• Take complete ownership of every order until successful completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Learn product knowledge continuously to provide accurate information.
• Maintain high levels of billing accuracy and documentation.
• Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
• Submit an end-of-day report covering completed orders, pending issues, collections, and follow-ups.
