About the RoleWe are looking for a Territory Executive to represent Sky IT Infratech in Bangalore and act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and internal teams. The role will involve handling client queries, coordinating project-related activities, supporting business development, and ensuring smooth communication and relationship management within the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent Sky IT Infratech professionally before clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders in Bangalore.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to ongoing projects, services, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal project, operations, and business development teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Support project-related communication, follow-ups, meetings, and coordination with clients.
• Identify and communicate potential business opportunities, client requirements, and market developments to the management.
• Assist in business development activities, including client meetings, requirement gathering, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for proposals, quotations, and technical clarifications.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure that commitments, updates, and concerns are properly followed up.
• Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions, project updates, business opportunities, and territory activities.
• Ensure that all client communication and commitments are aligned with company policies and management instructions.
• Travel locally within Bangalore, as required, for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in client coordination, project coordination, business development, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle client queries professionally.
• Good understanding of project coordination and business development processes.
• Strong follow-up, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore.
• Candidates with experience in IT infrastructure, data centers, engineering, construction, or related industries will be preferred.
