Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Prepare GST/TDS-related data and coordinate with the company's CA for statutory filings.
Process employee reimbursements and maintain payroll records.
Generate monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and files. Follow up with clients for pending payments and invoices.
Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, payments, and documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
Share project progress and client management updates with the management team.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain follow-up records.
