Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator for a contractual position at A2Z Filtration, Bawal, Haryana. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in VMC machine operation, particularly in job setting, boring tools, tool setting, and technical drawing reading.

Candidates from a general Production background are not specifically required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who have strong practical knowledge of the required machining and tooling skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up VMC machines according to job requirements.
• Perform accurate job setting before starting machining operations.
• Select, install, and set appropriate cutting and boring tools.
• Handle tool setting and tool offset accurately as per job requirements.
• Read and understand engineering/technical drawings.
• Understand dimensions, tolerances, and machining specifications.
• Check finished components using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve basic tool, setting, and machining-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of machine settings and tool changes.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

• Practical knowledge of boring tools and tool selection.
• Good knowledge of tool setting and tool offsets.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of machining measurements and tolerances.
• General Production experience is not mandatory; relevant VMC machining skills are the priority.
• Candidates should be willing to work on a contractual basis through a third-party agency.
