Job Description
- Operate and monitor CNC fiber laser cutting machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, cutting plans, and work instructions.
- Load and unload metal sheets, plates, or components safely.
- Set machine parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, gas pressure, and focus.
- Check material dimensions, thickness, and quality before production.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and cutting quality.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Replace consumables such as nozzles and lenses when required.
- Maintain production records and report machine or quality issues.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Meet production targets while minimizing material waste and machine downtime.
- Required SkillsExperience operating fiber laser/CNC laser cutting machines.
- Basic knowledge of CNC controls and laser cutting processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
