Job Description

Job Title: Steward / Waiter

Job Description:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.
  • Clear and reset tables after customers leave.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations as required.
