Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective NGOs, Training Partners, Farmers and organizations.
• Explain AgroTech projects, training programs, membership programs and partnership opportunities.
• Handle incoming enquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Collect basic details such as Name, Organization, District, Contact Number and Project Interest.
• Share approved project information, brochures and documents with interested persons.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule meetings between interested partners and the project team.
• Maintain daily call and lead records.
• Update enquiry status and follow-up details in the CRM/MIS system.
• Coordinate with the State Project Manager / District Team for lead conversion and onboarding.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi + local language; basic English preferred.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets and computer operations.
• Ability to explain information clearly.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
