Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Explain travel packages, tour plans, flight/hotel options, and related services.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Generate and maintain customer leads and follow-up records.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.

Coordinate with the sales, ticketing, and operations teams when required.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and bookings.

Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues professionally.
