Job Description – Technical Sales / Business Development (PEB Projects)

Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Location: Thaltej - Ahmedabad

Experience & Compensation:

• Experience in the PEB industry id Must
• CTC: 5.5 lacs – 8.4 lacs LPA

Role Objective:

To drive revenue growth in the PEB segment by identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, providing techno-commercial solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction through effective coordination and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate new business opportunities and expand client base

·        Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

·        Provide techno-commercial solutions based on client requirements

·        Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations

·        Prepare proposals, BOQs, and negotiate contracts

·        Coordinate with design, production, and project teams

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships

·        Track market trends and identify new opportunities

·        Maintain sales reports, documentation, and CRM updates

·        Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of PEB systems and steel structures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions
• Client-centric and result-oriented approach

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

·        Experience in PEB, industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, or commercial steel structures
