Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Generate life insurance business through bank branches.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers.
- Coordinate with bank employees to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Provide product information and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure quality service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales / Banca Channel preferred.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
