Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate properties.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding buying, selling, renting, and pre-leased properties.
- Explain property details, pricing, location, and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert prospects into customers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate properties and the Ahmedabad property market.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
- Target-oriented, confident, and professional attitude.
