ICICI Prudential Life Insurance – Agency Channel Job DescriptionDesignation: Unit Manager / Agency Manager / Development Manager
Channel: Agency Sales
Department: Sales & Distribution
The Agency Channel role is mainly about recruiting, developing and managing Insurance Advisors and generating life-insurance business through them. Current ICICI Prudential postings specifically highlight advisor recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring and target achievement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and appoint new Insurance Advisors from different sources.
- Build and maintain a strong advisor network.
- Train advisors on life insurance products, sales processes and selling techniques.
- Guide advisors in lead generation, prospecting and customer acquisition.
- Motivate and monitor advisor performance regularly.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.
- Help advisors understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and accompany advisors when required.
- Maintain good relationships with advisors and support them in business development.
- Ensure sales are conducted according to company processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide coaching to improve productivity.
