Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Developing retention strategies, identifying customer needs, and analyzing competitor activity to improve market positioning.
  • Data Analysis & Segmentation: Using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to analyze client data, segment customers based on demographics or behavior, and ensure data integrity.
  • Customer Experience Management: Enhancing the customer journey, handling complaints, and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Running targeted CRM campaigns, upselling/cross-selling products, and managing lead generation/conversion pipelines.
  • Technology Management: Configuring CRM software, automating marketing actions, and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and sales ROI. Indeed +8
