Job Opening: Relationship Manager
Designation: Relationship Manager
Location: Vastrapur / Gota, Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
Education: Graduation (Any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales
Salary: Up to 40000
*Working Days :* 6 Days
Key Responsibilities :
- Stay updated with all new and ongoing real estate projects along with complete details
- Understand client requirements and convincingly present suitable property options
- Arrange and conduct property site visits as per client needs
- Consult clients on how to buy a home quickly and at the best market value
- Guide clients throughout the negotiation process to ensure maximum value
- Respond to client queries related to property details, contracts, and terms of sale
- Promote realtor services within the local community through marketing and networking activities
- Maintain, update, and manage property listings on various platforms
- Handle lead management, follow-ups, and customer relationship management (CRM)
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong convincing and persuasion abilities
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Hands-on experience in real estate field sales
