Relationship Manager – Real Estate | Job Description
Position: Relationship Manager
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Vastrapur / Gota / Gandhinagar
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up with clients and property enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain client information and enquiry updates in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- 1+ year of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Relationship Management preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and presentable.
