Job Description
Follow up with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, promote available real estate projects, arrange and conduct site visits, and convert leads into successful sales. Build strong customer relationships, handle negotiations, achieve assigned sales targets, and maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and sales process. Candidates should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, a target-oriented approach, and preferably prior experience in real estate or sales.
