Job Description
We are hiring Sr. Payroll Manager. Your job will be to make sure that organization adheres to labor laws, internal policies, and industry-specific regulations to maintain a fair and legal workplace, preventing legal risks and fines.
* Must have proper understanding of applicable employment laws at the national, state, and local level
* Should have thorough knowledge of preparing for potential audits by labour agencies to prevent fines and penalties arising from non-compliance
* Should have proper understanding of regulatory compliance rules established by the government agencies or the department of labour
* Should have proper understanding of employment-related statutory compliance in HR includes minimum wages, employment taxes, insurance, and other national and state mandates.
