2) Position : Design Engineer
3) Experience Required: 2+ Years
4) Salary Negotiable : 25,000 - 35,000
5) Job Location : Kathwada, Ahmedabad
6) Job Description :
- Design and develop projects/products as per market requirements and management guidelines.
- Prepare and verify manufacturing drawings, layouts, BOMs, specifications, tolerances, costing, and other parameters before release.
- Ensure timely submission of project documents and proper ERP BOM execution across departments.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and other teams to ensure products are built as per design specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, product quality, and cost optimization.
- Develop SOPs/checklists and maintain engineering records and design documents.
- Calculate design factors including dimensions, fits, tolerances, and material strength.
- Monitor design team activities and support continuous process/system improvements.
- Conduct monthly design reviews and ensure timely updates, approvals, and validations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
