Job Description:
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for items such as modular kitchens, wardrobes, banquette seating, wall cladding, doors (including fire-rated), paneling, ceilings, wooden counters, shelves, TV units, vanities, headboards, loose furniture, and more.
- Translate architectural/engineering sketches into precise shop drawings for manufacturing.
- Create scale plans and layouts for foundations, interiors, and structures using CAD software.
- Utilize advanced AutoCAD (2D/3D) features (dynamic blocks, attributes, sheet sets, Xrefs, constraints).
- Review and specify material finishes, wood joints, and manufacturing details, preparing Bills of Materials accordingly.
- Ensure drawings align with architectural plans and manufacturing standards for wood and metal joinery.
Key Skills :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor or similar software will be an advantage
- Strong technical background with the ability to convert client requirements into manufacturing details.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery manufacturing processes
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and fabrication standards.
