Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to independently handle accounting, taxation, banking, MIS, reconciliations, payments, audit coordination and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Handle GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Manage payments, banking transactions and finance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with banks for FD, OD, BG and other banking requirements.
• Handle large financial data and reconciliations using advanced Excel.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal departments.
• Manage power trading-related accounting and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory, accounting and payment deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Accounting & Taxation.
• Strong Excel, MIS and Reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of Banking & Treasury operations.
• Audit and compliance coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage Accounts & Finance activities.
