Junior Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive for a car rental company that provides professional chauffeurs and car rental services to corporate companies, your roles and responsibilities would include:

Receiving and managing booking requests from clients through emails, phone calls or online booking portals.

Timely coordination with respect to providing confirmations to the designated clients 20 minutes after their booking proposals .

Analyzing the requirements of the client and entering their credentials and codes into the automated system, making sure to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

Confirming the booking using the automated system, ensuring that all details are correctly captured.

Coordinating with the fleet supervisor to ensure that the client's requirements are met and the right vehicle and driver are assigned for the booking.

Communicating the driver's details to the client through SMS, WhatsApp or email, to confirm the booking and ensure punctuality which should be done one day prior before 8:00 pm IST .

Briefing the chauffeur about any customizations required by the client, such as pick-up and drop-off locations, route preferences, and other special instructions.

Ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as driver logbooks, vehicle registration papers, and insurance papers, are updated and maintained.

Resolving any issues or complaints raised by clients promptly and efficiently.

Monitoring the overall performance of the chauffeurs and vehicles to ensure that they meet the company's standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and regulations, and continuously improving processes to enhance the company's operations and customer experience.
