We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives for Home Loans. This is a 100% field-based sales role where the candidate will play a key part in sourcing home loan customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Sourcing: Identify and source potential customers interested in home loans through field visits, references, and local market knowledge.

2. Customer Interaction: Convince customers, resolve their queries, and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Documentation and Follow-Up: Collect required documents and files from customers to process loan applications and ensure timely disbursement.

4. Understanding Requirements: Analyze and understand customer needs to identify eligible and genuine customers for home loans.

5. Market Research: Utilize local market knowledge to identify opportunities and grow the customer base.
