Job Description
- Handle HR operations, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee performance, appraisals, and disciplinary matters.
- Handle employee engagement, retention, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Monitor recruitment and HR team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Manage exit formalities, notice periods, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
